My Story

I grew up in a military family and spent much of my childhood moving frequently. Diagnosed with severe ADHD at a young age, I faced early challenges with learning and emotional regulation, turning to writing as a way to process my experiences. An avid reader from childhood, I developed a deep appreciation for storytelling across genres. In adulthood, I endured significant personal loss and later found healing through sobriety, therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and continued writing.

Our stories, our memories, our written words, will be the only thing left of us once we are gone. I prefer to tell my own story.
